A byproduct of my shibori dyeing process are these small pieces of paper. I use them to make the patterns on the fabric. Instead of throwing them away when I’m finished, I save them up and create these wonderful paper mosaics. This piece was created using natural dyes from avocado, with accents of screen printed poster trimmings.
