Years ago, while on a photo shoot at Hatch Show Print in Nashville, my mind was blown.  The great Jim Sherraden, who ran Hatch, shared with our crew, some of his personal work. His Monoprints and Paper Quilts. They were incredible. Showcasing the rich history of hatch in a bright, modern way. 

They stuck with me.

Now, years later, I find myself thinking about them more and more as I print my own work. Knowing, these will never be as incredible as Jim’s. Will never have the long history of Hatch Show.

What started as having a little fun with my make readies, has turned into a thing. A way to record the history of Whiskey Mustache in a unique way.
